The staff was very kind. When we were unhappy about the tiny room for 5 Nights they accommodated us, at no additional cost, and put us in a room that was much more spacious. The daily breakfast is adequate and being eco conscious, you get housekeeping service upon request. Also, in our room, the bathroom was state of the art! Very impressive

This was a great great catch. The location, service, breakfast everything is fantastic. Day hostess Zikia and night host Sante at the desk are very helpful. Would stay here again :) Breakfast consisted of fruits, coffee, yogurt, croissants, pain au chocolate, muffins, jams, bagels, granola, juices n what not. Happy to have stayed here :)

The hotel is situated in a great location.. Access to the Subway, ferry and buses were within just a few feet away. Many places to visit like World trade Center, Battery Park, The Raging bull, etc were within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Security at the hotel was great. I felt safe. For us, this accommodation is a 10 because we have been there several times and there are good reasons for us to go back to this accommodation. One of the best reasons for us is that we have the view of the southern tip of Manhattan every morning at breakfast and in the evening when we come "home" again and every view every day every night is different and we have already photographed this view 1000 times. Sometimes we sit on the pier for hours or simply enjoy the view from our accommodation. And if we look to the right, there's the Statue of Liberty, all very close. You can't buy time, so you should enjoy it in a particularly valuable way and for us this accommodation and area is a place where we can do that particularly well. We will be back soon.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Yousuf, in particular, was an amazing employee. He was super cheerful when I checked in on Thursday and every day I saw him after that. He gave me some great tips and advice about things to do and where to go. Great guy overall!
