This is my favorite hotel room in Chicago. I love the location, views, and the bathtub is the entire reason I book it. The hotel is also one of the cleanest.

It couldn’t be better The stuff is awesome The bar is always wonderful

Everything, they are very accommodating, helpful, and informative. They suggest the best places to visit, helping you with things you need, and even asking how they can make your stay more comfortable. Look for Victor! He's so amazing, so helpful, and compassionate towards taking care of guest. Rest assured!

Breakfast was great. Location was great and the staff at hotel and Atwood were wonderful.

Great location. Very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast on site - which was great because wind chill was -20 degrees.

The location was perfect for our stay with a good balcony view. It was very clean. Nice amenities. Parking was close and was secure. Bottled water each day. Nice shower. Easy access from the highway.

I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional hospitality and service I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I have ever visited, offering a level of luxury and service that truly stands out. I highly recommend it, especially for Middle Eastern guests. Not only does the hotel boast the best view of the city, but the attention to detail and care provided by your staff members truly made my stay memorable. I would like to give a special shout-out to Chef Concierge Philippe Gills and Alex Yu for their spectacular service, which added an extra touch of warmth and professionalism to my visit. Additionally, I would like to commend Armando and Marilyn at the reception desk for their efficient and friendly assistance. Thank you once again for a truly outstanding experience. I look forward to visiting your hotel again in the future.
