Facilities. Every detail in the room, breakfast and everything was perfect. Location was also very good. Close to rail station, restaurants and public transport, but also a very quiet area. Personal in the hotel was absolutely amazing and helpful.

Fantastic location. Historic building in the heart of Venice. Short walking distance to all points of interest. Steps away from restaurants, shops, etc. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and it was a real treat being served in such a pretty room. Laura, the hostess, was very pleasant and helpful. Would certainly go back.

Amazingly helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Right by the Fte Nove stop which means a quick trip from the airport. Easy to walk or take the vaporetto anywhere in Venice. Quiet rooms and simple but filling and delicious breakfast. Shower was plenty hot with good pressure - yes, it's a bit small, about the size of an RV bathroom but we care more about the warmth and pressure. They were able to keep our bags after checkout. Will absolutely stay here next time.
