Super clean and ultra quiet hotel, had a great sleep. The house inside is really well built. The Korean couple that runs the hotel was accommodating to our needs. All tours and Uber rides we took arrived without a problem to the location.

One of the gateways to Patagonia, less than 2 hours drive from Hosteria Pehoe. Direct flight from Santiago, everything is convenient, except there is no car rental place at airport. But it is only a 10 min taxi ride to town.

I chose Puerto Natales because it has an airport close to Torres del Paine.
I did four excursions to view the outdoor beauty of southern Chile.
I walked to the bus station to acquire information ... I was pleasantly surprised that a bus can take me futher south, near the tip of South Amarica.

Puerto Natales is a very cool town.
Puerto Natales is a very cool town. We stayed in the park for 2-3 nights and in Puerto Natales for 1 prior to a flight early in the AM. We enjoyed walking through town and had EXCELLENT food at La Disqueria!! It seemed like there were MANY options to stay in PN and travel into TDP - which would be much more cost-efficient than staying in the park! A great city!

There isn’t a whole lot to do in the town itself, you can probably see everything in one day, and the weather is unpredictable even in the summer. It’s walkable and there are some cool shops and restaurants that largely cater to tourists. Most people come here because they are going to hike or tour Torres Del Paine, to see the glaciers, or both, and they don’t want to spend $500 USD or more per night to stay in the park. Figure out how many excursions you want to do, and give yourself an extra day to check out the town.

Puerto Natales is an easily navigated small town and a good jumping off point for tours and trips to Torres del Paine, one of Chile's most famous national parks and hiking trails, as well as for catamaran tours to see the glaciers. The town is equipped with a number of good restaurants, outdoor/sports stores and supermarkets, making it a good place to stop before and/or after excursions. It has a beautiful waterfront. It is cool year round, cold in the winter, keep in mind this region of Chile includes Antarctica so you should always be prepared for wind and cold, although we did have a few relatively warm afternoons.

This is a launching point for treks, adventure hikes, wilderness kayaking trips, etc. During the season, it's crowded with tourists in transit and usually here just for a night or two as they embark or return from an excursion to nearby Torres del Paine, or other areas of nature to explore. It feels like the bulk of the restaurants, shops and stores therefore cater to the needs of monied tourists and so it's expensive.
Friendly and warm-hearted accommodation in close walking distance from Puerto Natales bistro terminal. Ideal if you head for trips with early departure dates.
Good-value-for money. Warm, clean and nice shower pressure (ideal after a long hiking trip). Basic breakfast included as well as a restaurant and bakery that offers additional food and drinks.
If you book a second stay (e.g. prior and after the Torres del Peine national park) they offer free storage of of your luggage.
Perfect quiet location in downtown Puerto Natales. We stayed here one night before and one night after our W hike. Our bags were very kindly stored while on the hike. Room was spotless clean and everything worked great. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was super convenient to have. Large supermarket is an easy 10 minute walk away. Also, there’s an excellent restaurant across the street (run by a very talented Venezuelan chef).
Location was excellent right in the middle of town. Rooftop bar was great and our room had an amazing view of the water. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern, and staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great. They held our luggage for 5 days while we did the W Trek. While I only walked around to see other hotels, would venture to say this is the best hotel for the money in Puerto Natales.
It is a very nice, clean, and comfortable place. The personnel is friendly and helpful.
The hostel is close to the bus station, and near the city center so you have access to different restaurants and convenience stores.
I stayed before going to the W trek, and when I returned. I was able to leave some of my luggage.
If I go to Puerto Natales, I will stay again at this lovely place.
A wonderful place to stay when visiting Puerto Natales. Great location near the centre and lots of restaurants nearby. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. It was also quiet so a goods nights sleep was made all the easier. Good Wi-Fi. Rodrigo is a wonderful host and is always available to offer advise. Great Breakfast. Overall you are guaranteed a great experience.
Great value in puerto natales. 25 min walk from bus station is doable. 5 min walk to towns restaurants and shops. Breakfast was served early so you could always get it even if you left early to go to the park. No kitchen to cook but they have a fridge you can use.
Room was warm and comfortable.
Everything! Very good wifi, very kind host, cleaness, etc etc. Location a bit off from centro (10-15mins walk) but not an issue because it was close to the bus station which was more important for me and probably for most travellers visiting Puerto Natales as most buses depart early morning.
We like this place because it's quiet and not too far from Puerto Natales. The room was simple and clean, with no TV, but very airy and featuring a big glass window offering a great view. The staff was friendly, and checking in and out was quick and simple.
Hotel owner and staff were very kind, friendly and always helpful. They know many hints and tips for your visit, not only for Torres del Paine trekking but also various excursion plans around Puerto Natales and good restaurants in town.
Great, clean and comfortable place to stay at Puerto Natales. Owners are also very kind to store yr bags during your trek. We were also given a ample space to pack after returning from our trek so we can go off to our night bus.
The breakfast was typical of hotels in Chile. The staff were friendly and obliging and put up with our limited Spanish with good will. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great for this price range
The hotel is located in the very center of puerto Natales, very close to all the restaurants and all the shops.
Staff was very friendly and rooms were always really warm and well heated.
what an amazing place. I think it’s the best place in Puerto Natales after staying in a few top hotels in the area. interior design is outstanding, service is superb. highly recommend it!
Juan was very friendly. You can place your stuff for free for a couple days when you go hiking in Torres del Paine. Early breaktfast available. Perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales
Beautiful hotel a little outside the centre of Puerto Natales (quick and cheap taxi in). Lovely pool / spa area and large, spacious and light rooms. Breakfast great.
