Patagonia Camp offers yurts, luxurious Mongolian-style tents, overlooking Toro Lake and Paine Massif in Torres del Paine. Patagonia Camp was amazing, I did not want to leave. The yurts were were cozy and nicely decorated. But the staff and their amazing attention to detail is really what makes a difference. Overall everyone’s missions is to make you feel like you are the most important guest and that your trip is going to be the best vacation you have ever had and they succeed very well in doing that. They know all guests by name, pay attention to what you want to get out of your time visiting and do what we it takes to enhance each day and every moment. You feel like you are staying at a friend or family home because you are welcomed by everyone.
Offering all-inclusive packages for 3, 4 or 5 nights, Tierra Patagonia Hotel & Spa, located by Sarmiento Lake, has panoramic views of Torres del Paine National Park. The manager - a very gentle and professional British guy- was always present and very responsive to all needs.
Located inside Torres del Paine National Park, Hotel Las Torres Patagonia offers accommodations with regular and all-inclusive rates. Actually, the first room they gave us was quite small and with only one bed (I had asked for 2 beds as I was traveling with my nephew). Because of that mishap, the staff being on lunch, and it taking extra long to get our room ready, they upgraded us to a suite without our asking. We were completing our W trek and there had been no other accommodation available and I was able to grab a room at a barely reasonable rate but it was TOTALLY worth it. We had an amazing afternoon there and got up early to trek up to the towers then enjoyed the afternoon back in the hotel before getting the shuttle to the bus back to Puerto Natales.
Located in Torres del Paine, Hotel Lago Gray offers accommodations where guests can enjoy rooms with large windows overlooking Gray Lake or the forests. Free WiFi access is available. Very clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful views and amazing food. Very good location.
Located in Torres del Paine, Konkashken Lodge offers accommodations with free WiFi in the common area. Free private parking available. Guests will found both shared dormitories and bungalows. Patrick and Cecilia were incredibly friendly and hospitable, and gave great advice regarding the park and how to visit.
Featuring a restaurant, Pampa Lodge, Quincho & Caballos offers accommodations in Torres del Paine, just 4.3 mi from the National Park entrance. Free WiFi access is available. We were fortunate enough to stay at 3 different hotels in the Torres del Paine area, and the Pampa Lodge was by far our favorite. The building is new and beautiful, with fantastic views from every window. The grounds and surrounding area were stunning as well. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgable, professional and friendly. We chose to return here to go horseback riding on our last day despite staying on the other side of the park -and I'm so glad we did! We had a private ride - as opposed to the large groups we passed along the way - our guides were relaxed, the horses were great and the views were amazing!! Our only regret is not staying here for our entire visit.
Located in Torres del Paine and with Salto Grande reachable within 16 miles, PAMPA HOSTEL has a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. This place is simply awesome and we highly recommend it if you are looking for a place close to the parks entrance. We wanted a place to stay after doing the W circuit in Torres Del Paine and this was a dream place. Everything here is perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast area is incredible with an amazing view of the park. There’s sofas where you can have your coffee, play chess and just stare at the beauty outside. The breakfast itself is rich with fruits, eggs, different cakes, tomatos, zucchini, 3 different types of bread, juice, etc... The showers and the bathroom were super clean and the water was very hot, lots of pressure and constant temperature (toilet paper was out for a while tough). The rooms are very big and we ended up staying in a 4 bedroom by ourselves which was great! (More then enough place for 4 tough). The outside are was also very beautiful with horses, sweet dogs, a cute baby cow and wood pathways where you can take a morning stroll and enjoy the sunrise light up the Torres Del Paine. To summarize: 6 stars.
Located inside Torres del Paine National Park, by the shore of Pehoé Lake, Explora Patagonia offers all-inclusive packages for 3 nights or more. The variety of activities was appropriate for all levels, except for the totally sedentary. The horses, spa, and rooms were all great. Most of all, the staff were uniformly welcoming , engaging, and dedicated to giving their guests an unforgettable experience.

It was the trip of a lifetime. We trekked the W Circuit and the Mirador’s were a dream. It was challenging and we pushed our bodies to the limit and I would do it again tomorrow. This cannot be missed on your bucket list!
We had a car so we were not camping, and were able to drive closer and see a lot more of the park in just 4 days. There is an often overlooked western part of the park and then the usual attractions on the W trek. No matter what, be ready to hike to some beautiful places!
It's hard to describe because the place is just magical. The landscape is no beautiful! We were lucky because we had a blue sky day, so we were able to see the full towers. The whole park is full of beautiful animals, lakes and waterfalls. And on top of that, we went to see the glaciars that were spectacular. We had whisky with millenial ice!! Great place to visit.
The W is a fantastic trek but is very susceptible to the weather. All parts of the route were closed at various times due to rain and snow - so be prepared. Having a day in hand is worthwhile, if you can afford the accommodation costs
Just the most beautiful place and everything is on such a grand scale! We went during winter and saw three puma, hundreds of guanaco, birds, condors, foxes, and nandu! Just in three days we saw all this in a park that never looked the same.

We stayed in Hostería Lago del Toro for three nights and had a wonderful time. Clean rooms, beautiful mountain views, and great location close to the national park. The food was particularly excellent- the chef prepared different delicious meals every night complemented by freshly baked bread. The staff were warm and so gracious, and the whole Hostería had a homey, antique, and authentic atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We had the best stay at Lago Grey! The staff’s hospitality went above and beyond. It is pricey, but they accommodated our schedule allowing us to eat breakfast earlier and dinner later than normal for excursions. The restaurant is surely the highlight of the stay. The set course as well as bar menu were fantastic! Booking the glacier boat ride was extremely easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We forgot to bring salt and the manager gave us some. I's a little thing but in a place like this, far away from any shop, it makes the difference. Also, we made 2 bookings for 2 days in a row in 2 different cabins and the cleaners went way beyond our expectations cleaning the second one very quickly so that we could access it before going hiking that day.

The views from this hostel are amazing - mountains, horses grazing, so much beauty! It is such a cozy and comfortable place. There were great reading nooks on both the ground floor and second floor. They also have outstanding food. Carla was so kind and accommodating - I wish I had more time here!
