Villa Verano is a beautiful apartment located in an urbanization on the seafront, on the well-known Valdelagrana beach, in El Puerto de Santa María, an area famous for its incredible sandy beach in the bay of Cádiz. Its waters are warm and calm and it offers a multitude of leisure activities, water sports with a surf school, beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, stalls and typical shops and above all, the Toruños natural park, where you can rent bicycles and walk among salt flats and marshes where you can see flamingos and various birds, it is really beautiful, be sure to visit it !!

ACCOMMODATION RULES: * One day before your arrival we will contact you by WhatsApp to confirm your arrival and delivery of keys * Upon arrival, a deposit will be charged by block on your credit card, which will be released within 7 days after your departure. * The entry time will be from 3:00 p.m., although depending on availability, the time could be brought forward if needed. * Upon departure, you must leave the accommodation in normal conditions of cleanliness, air conditioning units turned off, windows and doors closed, take inside the house and the garbage taken out. * Forbidden to accommodate more people than declared, make noise between 11pm and 10am or play loud music. * Failure to comply with these rules could imply supplements to be deducted from the deposit or the cancellation of the reservation.
