Welcome to Apartment 20. We are Located just a short 5min walk from The Excel Exhibition and Convention Centre. Check in will be at the Prince Regent Hotel which is located a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. The Prince Regent is our sister property and has been running successfully for many years so rest assured we will do our best and know how to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We use some of the finest linen and quality soft furnishings from a firm that carries a royal warrant. We provide luxury hand/body wash and shampoo which are made in England along with being, Parabens, SLS, SLES and Cruelty Free. Standards are that of an actual hotel and however not required by any law we still have our guests safety in mind with fire safety measures in place within the building and external Cctv cameras. There are many more facilities available at the Prince Regent Hotel which we have not listed, such as a luggage room should you wish to drop off any luggage before checking in of after checking out. There is also a guest PC where you can have free use of the PC for internet as well as print, scan and faxing facilities.
Our apartment itself is located in a residential area in the heart of London’s ‘East End’ and is less than a 5 minutes drive from London City Airport, just a 10-15 minutes drive from Canary Wharf and the O2 Arena. The O2 Arena is also easily accessible using the nearby DLR or Emirates Cable Car service which offers spectacular views of Docklands and the Thames. The nearest DLR underground station is 5 minutes walk away with a short 20-minute tube journey to Central London and it’s also part of the soon to be open Elizabeth Line (Cross rail) which will take guests into town at even faster speeds.
Within local distance there are convenience stores open till late 7 days a week, a choice of fast food takeaways including a few that are family run and been here over 30 years, ideal if you want something decent, fast and cheap. Or if you would prefer to eat out at a classy restaurant or visit a hip bar there are many choices located a short car or train journey away at the Excel Centre, Canary Wharf, O2 Arena or Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre. If there’s anything else you need during your stay or we can do to help in any way then please just pick up the phone or pop in and ask our staff at the front desk of the hotel which are there 24 hours a day.
