The apartment was comfortable and clean. I would suggest 1 additional comfy chair in the living room to accommodate the 4th person. It was a 15 minute walk to the Ealing Common stop on the District Line which takes you to central London. The Piccadilly Line from Heathrow stops at Ealing Common, making it easy to use public transportation to and from Heathrow airport. The staff were very helpful especially Nicola.
