The full English breakfast was really excellent. The staff are all without exception cheerful, polite and helpful. The lounge and dining room are very nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. We had lunch in the restaurant and it was very good.

Location was awful, noise from the Pier was so loud. Sea view we paid extra for was pointless as the very large fairground machines completely obscured this. Breakfast ok but tea brought to the table with a teabag in the cup and milk already added
