Welcome to my spacious semi-detached house with two bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, and a living room. The flat comes with its own parking and garden at the back. It is located in a quiet street, close to amenities and restaurants. Easy access to central London. You will love my place because of the environment, private garden, fast wi-fi, free parking, facilities and plenty of space. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.   Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest.   You will also be required to pay a refundable deposit in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Please note that American express card is not accepted.

Neighbourhood information

Charlton is more residential and suburban than its neighbouring districts but still offers its charms. Living in Charlton, you'll enjoy a mix of green spaces, sports centres and riverside views. Get a walk around famous Greenwich park. Originally used as a royal hunting ground, Greenwich Park is now a wonderful free green space in London for picturesque strolls and picnics under chestnut and oak trees. CharltonTrain station is 7 minutes away on foot Westcombe Park Train station is 17 minutes away on foot Plenty of bus stops around Trains from Charlton to London Bridge take 22 minutes and there are also services to Cannon Street and Charing Cross. A trip to Canary Wharf, via Greenwich, takes half an hour. When Crossrail services begin late this year commuters will be able to backtrack a couple of stops to Woolwich and pick up fast services to the City and West End, as well as Heathrow airport.
