Great for fishing, walking and visiting interesting venues, including nearby cities such as Winchester. Stockbridge has a variety of lovely independent shops, cafes and pubs. There is free parking along the length of the village and lovely walks across the water meadows by the river Test. It's a great base for visiting some amazing gardens like Mottisfont, Houghton Lodge and Longstock.
