This gorgeous little garden room was the perfect booking for me and my 2 small children for our Glastonbury half-way stop! The room opened up directly onto the garden which was perfect for the kids to have a play and run around and they especially enjoy the company of the super friendly dog. We sat and had an evening drink and chat with the family owners, suer friendly and welcoming, the room its self was lovely and clean.

    Perfect location for a stop over for work, the room was small but adequate, nice to have a Juliet balcony however this could do with a clean. The dinner and breakfast were both very good. The leisure facilities could do with updating as they were very tired looking. The staff were friendly and helpful

    WiFi good, location good for a stop over on a long journey. Near to M5. Rooms clean, price was reasonable. Breakfast was fantastic. Great choice. WiFi good and huge smart TV. Showers were good. Prices of evening meal and drinks very expensive. Main meal was inedible as overcooked. Not a great choice if half board.

    I visited Hanbury Hall and Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings in the area - both very good. I only spent a short time in Bromsgrove High Street around 5pm but it looked like it had some good places for daytime refreshment or an evening meal.

    Bromagrove holiday inn Is expensive. I paid less money at Bedford holiday inn for one night.comparing to it I paid £112.95 for one night Expensive and facing problem in using my ph because of network issues. Wi-Fi is not working.

    Staff lovely, room nice breakfast good. Restaurant mediocre. Access to Accessible room was through a lit of doors and some difficult to negotiate which is hard for someone with disabilities. . This hotel is under refurbishment so access to patio gardens etc not available. Was not given this information at time of booking. Blood stained duvet.

    The room was large, comfy, a fridge. Comfortable bed , large tv,. Breakfast average, poor value and I have a wheat allergy which the waitress didn't understand really. Evening meal was fairly good, little expensive for what it was. Good side dining room restaurant was very quiet evening and morning

    Staff were really friendly, guy that checked me in found me decaff coffee and upgraded my room (just because it was available) and then helped me carry my bag up - I mean soooooo helpful! The hotel is handy for motorways, and really easy access into Bromsgrove. Ideal actually. And it's very quiet even though it's close to M5 and M42. I also LOVE that this hotel was taking in refugees a few years ago (they don't now). And that they looked after them so well too. Great reception area too - ideal for meetings.
