Our short stay apartments are perfectly located for a weekend or short break. With iconic attractions close by, you will discover why Edinburgh and Glasgow are considered by many to be the perfect location for a break away. We take care to put all the comforts of your own home in our apartments and are always on hand to assist in anything you need.

A stunning, architect-designed house. Kingswood is Edinburgh’s only certified eco-friendly ‘Passive House’. There is free parking on-site for 2 vehicles. The property is entered on the lower floor - please note the upper floor is only accessible by stairs. Please note that two single beds are camp beds which can be set up in the study. If you have booked for 4 or fewer guests and require use of the camp beds please let us know as there is a small additional charge. 1. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. 2. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.
