This is a tastefully designed 2 bedroom luxurious ground floor apartment with back garden and parking available. Parking is free for most times of the day except restricted for resident permit only between the times of (10am-11am ) and (3pm-4pm) Monday-Friday. So you have to be mindful of those times. Weekend is free parking with NO restriction. However there is paid parking available if you will need to park within any of the restricted hour. The flat has smart TV's in both rooms and the living room. WIFI internet coverage in entire property. This flat was designed to accommodate 4 person's but has the capacity to squeeze an extra guest (5th person) with the sofa bed in the living room, however bed sheet must be laid on the sofa bed if being used as a bed overnight (Extra pillows, duvet and sheet provided). Every appliance in the flat is brand new and of very high standard. The bathroom is a walk-in shower/wet room operating with a continuously running ventilation unit.

Neighbourhood information

This is a serene neighbourhood, located in a green area of North Acton. Safety and Security is at best in this neighbourhood so you can be rest assured to move around at any time of the day or night. It has a bus stop right across the property with more bus stops and Train Station only 3-5mins walk. Buses 187, 224, 226, 228, 260, 266, 487 etc all Stops near the property. The nearest train station is the Harslesden Station with overground and Underground trains (Bakerloo Line) 5 mins walk. There are other train stations such as the Willesden Junction Station with Over ground and Underground (Bakerloo Line) 20mins walk, the North Acton Tube Station (Central line) 17mins walk, Acton Main Line Railway Station (Elizabeth line) 25mins walk . There are many ways to get to the property from HEATHROW Airport, one simple example is getting on the Elizabeth line directly from Heathrow Airport (Any Terminal) to Acton Main line station and then taking the bus 226 that stops near the property (4 mins Journey) but you must drop just before or not more further Harlesden Station bus stop. The neighbourhood has nice restaurants and host to the Grand Junction Arms historic pub next to the Grand Union Canal.
