Our trip to London ha been extremely pleasant thanks to this cozy family hotel. The location is perfect, one minute walk to the metro station Ladbroke Grove, 5 minutes walk to a vibrant street with many shops and restaurants. The room and the facilities were very clean, the common areas (kitchen and bathroom) had all the necessary things to make you feel at home. The owners of the hotel were extremely considerate and friendly, we could reach them at any moment via phone if we had questions and they even made some extra arrangements for us on a Sunday morning!
