PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Hi! I'm Lukas, I am a PRIVATE host on Airbnb and now BOOKING-dot-com. Please note, THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! These are PRIVATE ROOMS on the SECOND FLOOR - NO LIFT in an OLD flat with a SHARED BATHROOM. Some people would call it "hostel-like". I have noticed most people on BOOKING-dot-com expect Hotels and then give negative reviews. This is NOT A HOTEL. This flat has many useful amenities: washing machine - tumble dryer - your own fridge - use of the kitchen!. EACH ROOM HAS: - Bed - Computer desk - Chair - Wardrobe - Mirror - Fast WiFi - *FACTS TO BEAR IN MIND: - Washing machine and dryer only for guests who stay 4+ days - Otherwise 5 pounds per wash and dry - Quite a few stairs (second floor) - No lift - Old estate - Shared with other guests - No Smoking! ***EXTRA FEES: PARKING 10 per day - ANIMAL 30 per animal (+100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT on check-out. WASHING: 5 per wash
