A stylish and contemporary 1 bed flat with shared west facing garden offering a seamless transition between inside and out. There is free off street parking available. This unique space has been thoughtfully designed and recently built. I am a professional photographer and I occasionally use it as a studio when not in use. It has it's own bathroom, kitchenette with microwave, grill, hob, fridge, sink and boiling water tap. There is a Nespresso machine, with milk frother and a nutribullet for any health fanatics. There is a designated office with clothes hanging facilities. Underfloor heating throughout with thermostats in each room.
I am a professional photographer and live in flat next door for any enquiries or assistance required.
West Wimbledon is a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood with quick access to central london via Raynes Park railway or Wimbledon tube, approximately 10 mins away via bus.
