- The guest must contact us the day before arrival to arrange the check in time and let us know the full names of all guests. You will be asked to present photo I.D. at check-in.

- Only guests included in your confirmed reservation are permitted to be in the apartment. No visitors allowed.

- Lost room keys will result in an additional charge of £200.

- No consuming food or drinks in the rooms.

A damage deposit of £300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
