So beautifully decorated, delightful owner, beautifully thought out furniture and decor. Lots of little extras that really made it lovely. Continental breakfast very well presented and plentiful, overall our experience was relaxing and enjoyable. We will most certainly be back.

We loved our weekend in Knaresborough at the Christmas...
We loved our weekend in Knaresborough at the Christmas market and I would certainly recommend anyone to visit. There are plenty of places to eat and drink and lots of privately owned shops which is a bonus these days. A walk along the river is a must with a cafe to pop in for a hot chocolate when it’s chilly!

A beautiful place - so glad we didn't stay in Harrogate, as it is only 4 miles out.
Views from the castle ruin are stunning and shouldn't be missed.
Drive down to the riverside walk too
The fish and chip restaurant in town is very good.
The Blue Bell exceeded our expectations! Check-in was smooth and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was exceptional - it had everything we needed with a large comfy bed, separate seating area and beautiful large bathroom. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant area which was superb! The breakfast the following morning was delicious, with a lot of choice and excellent coffee.
We would definitely recommend the Blue Bell and look forward to staying there again.
The property was located centrally in town, and close to the rail and bus station.
Having a good sized lounge area made a difference in living space for my longer stay.
The apartment also had a great waterfall shower and basic, but sufficient kitchen facilities.
Milk, Bread and butter provided when I arrived was also appreciated
i only stayed for the one night and had an evening meal which was nice and then breakfast in the morning and again was good. i didn't stay in the main hotel my room was situated at the rear of the hotel which i actually preferred. the room was really nice and clean and will definitely be staying again when I'm working in the area.
The room was modern and comfortable. The food at the bar was good and the staff super friendly. Little snafu with the booking as booking.com did not relay in message to hotel (so no fault of hotel) in regards to twin beds needed but we were able to take care of that at the hotel.
Property was central, close to the River Nidd with some lovely walks on hand.
Hotel was lovely & well presented. Standard of food was very good.
Our room was the annex section at the back of the hotel which was very clean & comfortable. Quiet area too.
the quiet location of my room was excellent, tucked away at the back of a fairly busy road.
Nice large room, which some hotels do not always make available to single travellers.
Well placed for town centre and not too far from rail station.
The location is in a pleasant village of Ferensby and there is plenty of car parking the service at the Hotel is friendly and helpful.
The breakfasts are excellent and altogether a place I would certainly go back to
