Property info

Cozy apartment in the Tuscolano district on a street with little traffic, recently renovated and well served by public transport. There are numerous services nearby including supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars/tobacconists. A short distance away there is also the Villa Fiorelli Park. The apartment consists of: large bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers; living room with large table and comfortable sofa, a single sofa bed is prepared in the room on request; separate kitchen; bathroom with window, washing machine and large shower. Complete with accessories (hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel). In the kitchen there are all comforts: microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, electric kettle, toaster, fridge and dishwasher. BED LINEN INCLUDED SET OF TOWELS INCLUDED The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a quiet building equipped with an ELEVATOR. Tap water is drinkable. CENTRAL HEATING via radiators. For those arriving by car there are numerous paid (blue lines) car parks, or paid garages. CHECK-IN: H 15:00 - 21:00 (3:00PM - 9:00PM) CHECK-OUT: H 10:00

The location is strategic: - 5 minutes walk from Tuscolana station; - less than 10 minutes on foot (600 m) from the PONTE LUNGO Metro A stop to reach the historic center and the Vatican; - a few meters from the Piazza Ragusa stop of bus 85 which takes you directly to the Colosseum. Bus 16 passes at the same stop and takes you to Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini. Nearby there are pizzerias or restaurants such as Tira e Molla (via Enna, 2).
