Apartment located on the 4th and top floor (NO ELEVATOR!!!) of a small building located in the heart of Florence, very close to Sant'Ambrogio church and a 5-minute walk from Santa Croce district. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, an anteroom and a bathroom with toilet / sink / bidet / shower / washing machine, a double bedroom and a very spacious and bright living room where you will find a double sofa bed. A mezzanine overlooks the living room where there is another double bedroom with a small bathroom which is currently NOT bookable due to renovation. Despite being on the top floor, the house is very cool because it is exposed on 3 different sides, however it is equipped with heating and air conditioning. Sant'Ambrogio district is one of the most characteristic of Florence, in addition to the many clubs and restaurants, 5 min walking from the house you will find a beautiful market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, meat and cheese every day and some food banks where to have lunch or an aperitif. The apartment is located in a quiet street in the heart of the Jewish quarter and in front of the Synagogue, a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Piazza de' Ciompi and a 5-minute walk from the church of Santa Croce and the basilica of Santa Maria del Fiore. For those who reach the apartment by train, in addition to the Central Station of Florence, I would also like to point out Firenze Campo di Marte station as a further stop.
