location is awesome. checked in at 2AM, as it was so close to Roma termini, it was convenient. Food was okay. The receptionist Anastasia was so helpful. She gave a detailed description about places to visit. Helped with the luggage also so that we can roam around hassle free

The breakfast was great. I liked that. The room was large and nice. The location was perfect - I could reach many places on foot. The room was always clean. The personal was supportive and brought my luggage to the 4-th floor as the elevator did not work back then.

Everything was great and overall a pleasant stay! The staff were very warm, kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful - fresh pastries, tea & coffee, toast with spreads too. Out of all the accommodations I've been to this year, this place had the best breakfast to offer. - The room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff were also very kind and polite.

Very nice, clean, small family hotel, great location, friendly and kind staff (girl on the reception is super nice and she speaks also czech perfectly). Morning cappuccino was delicious and room was very clean and comfortable. We were leaving soon, and they prepared us breakfast to the room. Definitely recommended!
