The property is comfortably situated a stone throw away from the city centre, in a tranquil and easy to reach area with supermarkets, bars and wine shops nearby. You will have your own private bathroom with own key accessed by the corridor outside of your room. The room has a kitchenette and fridge, plus blissful air conditioning for the hot Italian summer days, which doubles as a heater during colder months. There is also a wall-mounted TV with access to Netflix and other apps.
Your host is a young Italian filmmaker who's lived in London for the past 10 years. Passionate about great food and wine, forever in love with his hometown, Andrea is ready to share tips and recommendations to guests who want to experience Florence with the eyes of a Florentine. Feel free to message directly for advice on where to find the best restaurants, bars, street food eateries and museums/exhibitions - oh and the wineries!!!
The neighbourhood is a quiet and safe residential area, two streets away from the riverside and a 10min walk to the historic centre of Florence. A lovely bakery/coffee shop sits on the corner, a well stocked wine bottle shop lies just opposite. There are a large supermarket and a pharmacy within a 5 mins walk distance. Well connected bus links to the train station with a stop 100mt from the flat.
