Our newly renovated, elegant and bright house, an oasis in the Giulio Agricola district. Located a few minutes from the metro stop, it allows you to easily reach the historic center of Rome in about 15 minutes. A short distance away, you can explore the suggestive Parco degli Acquedotti, a perfect place for walks through history and nature, and visit the famous Cinecittà Studios, where you can discover the charm of Italian cinema. Shops and restaurants along Via Tuscolana complete the experience with convenience and entertainment. Currently there are condominium works in progress that affect only one side of the external façade of the apartment and for this reason, the prices of the stay are lowered. To ensure your safety and convenience, we have a quick and easy online registration process: You will have to simply upload a selfie and a valid ID, as required by local regulations. Rest assured, your privacy is our priority—images are automatically deleted after 10 days.
