Apartment with all comforts, centrally located in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from Santa Maria Novella station and the Duomo, is a great starting point for those who want to fully explore the city. The apartment enjoys a private balcony that offers postcard views of Florence's rooftops and the dome of the Medici Chapels.       The apartment consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. The ceiling with exposed wooden beams gives the whole house a typical Florentine style. The double bed, on request, can be divided into two single beds. Wifi connection and washing machine available to guests. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. A set of towels and bed linen available to guests. The apartment is located on the sixth and top floor of a typical historic Florentine building, which does not have an elevator; there are several steep flights of stairs to walk up, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and children. Located in lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants and clubs, near the characteristic Mercato di S.Lorenzo. It is possible to comfortably walk to the city's main attractions. BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in we will ask you for your ID or passport to be registered with the Department of Public Safety. If you do not have the documents or lack the required information by law we will not be able to check you in. - Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at a cost as indicated in our conditions. - Check-out time is by 11:00 am; - Other possible guests have to be previously agreed with our staff; - Parties are not allowed; - Pets are allowed upon request. A supplement of twenty euros per stay will be charged; - Please be quiet after 11 pm and avoid to slam the doors; - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment; - If anything breaks, please let us know. We will come to check it; - Take care of your keys. In case of unreturned and or lost apartment keys, you will be charged for the replacement of the lock for safety reasons; - For urgent interventions caused by guests out of office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of will be required; - Tourists are required to pay the city tax of four euro per person per night (except minors under 12 and guests residents in Florence); - The apartment is situated in a limited traffic area (ZTL) reserved to residents, therefore you can’t park your car everywhere. The only way to enter the ZTL without getting fined and to park your car is to bring it in a private parking situated inside the Limited Traffic Area.
