Le Petite Resort is located in the north of Rome, in a residential and quiet neighborhood, talents. Equipped with all comforts, with service of B&B. It consists of a double bedroom with sitting area, toilet-writing desk and TV, living room with a double sofa bed, where you will find a SmartTV (with Netflix, Dazon, etc.) with My Sky HD and Playstation 3. The kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee-the-chamomile-ginseng, washer-dryer and is equipped with everything that can serve the preparation of meals. In the bathroom with shower, you will find hairdryer, courtesy set, towels, slippers, first aid kit. Furthermore, the apartment is air-conditioned and has a furnished balcony, from which you can admire the breathtaking view over the Petroselli Park.

Contiguous to the neighborhood of Monte Sacro, talents, named after the estate of the family Talenti, brother of the last descendant Achille Talenti. Until the Fifties the talent district was still all over the countryside, animated by shepherds with their flocks grazing. The area is bounded on the four sides by as many roads: via Nomentana, Via della Bufalotta, via di Settebagni, via di Casal bite and that, never completed to safeguard the green, via Jacopo Sannazzaro, via della Cecchina. It has arisen and developed since the first half of the Sixties, and is characterized predominantly by palaces and residential condominiums of high-middle level of contained height (maximum of 4 or 5 floors high) covered in curtain, some of particular Architectural originality, with gardens on the ground floors and large balconies and terraces, destined for a middle-high bourgeoisie. The streets are all dedicated to literati who lived between the nineteenth and the first half of the twentieth century. To the north of the district there is a talent park and along the Via Nomentana, you access the nature reserve Valle Dell'aniene, further on there is the park of Aguzzano which is part of the Park
