Relax and restore yourself in elegance and quiet! A few minutes from the center, near the stadium area and the Nelson Mandela Forum, easily accessible by car or public transport, a modern and elegant apartment, positioned on the first floor with lift, awaits for you! Go around and enjoy the wonders of Florence and then, come back to relax in the elegance and comfortable space of the apartment and its splendid and large terrace! Parking in the street is always available and possible to find if you are coming by car. When there are no matches there is free stadium parking. If you are coming from the SMN train station, you can take UBER or a TAXI(taxi line next to the rail station) and in 11 min you are there, OR the public transport bus the nr 17 and in 25 min you are at the apartment(bus stop station called Duse) . The same bus can bring you to the SMN train station. It brings you in piazza San Marco and back in 15 min all the day with rides every 10/15 min. A modern open space that includes a large kitchen equipped with every useful device and an elegant black glass dining table that complete this space and lead to the living room with its very comfortable sofa, the 40" screen of a smart TV and a realized space of work. The view through the windows and doors expands to the beautiful large terrace where you can have a relaxing tea or cup of coffee, have lunch or dinner and even grill some meat. The fresh and cosy bedroom will help your restful sleep so you'll be ready for the next day's sightseeing and marching around the city. And in the end, in the chic and elegant bathroom you will shower away the fatigue of the day.

The apartment is near the Nelson Mandela Forum, the stadium and the bigest municipality swiming pools in Florence! it is just 10 min by Taxi away from the SMN railstation and from Piazza San Marco(city center). Around you can find supermarkets as Esselunga, restaurants and drug store ecc The public transport is so efficient too, bus nr 17 is quite simple to take (bus stop-Duse) and will bring you in 15 min at San Marco piazza or at train station SMN.
