Comfortable apartment, can accommodate up to two guests. The apartment has: - one bedroom, with double bed, equipped with spacious wardrobe  - living area with dining corner and kitchenette, equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, utensils and dishes  - bathroom with shower. Washing machine available to guests, wifi connection available throughout the accommodation. Strategic location, close to the main tourist attractions and main city services. The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building (60 steps), has no elevator, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. EXTRA: CRIB - EUR 20,00 Per stay (upon request) BABY CHAIR - EUR 20,00 Per stay (upon request) PET FRIENDLY - EUR 20,00 Per stay (upon request) Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
