Location! 8 minutes walked from the Termini. We stayed in the family room, which is a connecting room, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is bigger with in-suite bathroom. Linton, the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful, friendly and courteous. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Rooms Roma Monti was a great choice for a tourist-focused visit to Rome. We were able to walk to and from Roma Termini station easily with our bags, about a ten minute walk max. They were very helpful with checking us in early. The room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was really nice. We appreciated the blackout curtains to help us recover from our red-eye. The breakfast was delicious, very generous servings and fresh coffee, and the breakfast room is lovely.

The room was nice although it was very hot outside and the a/c didn't cool off our room. The gentleman brought us a fan, but it didn't really help. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, right across the hall, was all we needed! The breakfast the next morning was wonderful!

The location is excelente, especially if it’s your first time in Rome. it’s a 10 min walk to Termini. Our host (forgot his name) was great. He tidied up our room and prepared a nice breakfast everyday. I would stay there again if I wanted to stay in downtown Rome.

Property info

My structure is called "Rooms Roma" and is located on the first floor of a building of the twentieth century. Perfect in its elegance in a wide road from big name via Napoleone III 10 with a lift. The B & B welcomes its guests in a beautiful, finely decorated location, protected from 'noise pollution thanks to its recently fully renovated, leaving intact the atmosphere of a real home. It equipped with WI-FI system enhanced to achieve maximum connection in every room. The city taxes are not included. 3,50E each people each night over 10 years old.

Neighborhood info

The B & B is located in the center of Rome, in a wonderful neighborhood "Esquilino" rich in artistic and urban historical values ​​one of the seven hills on which Rome was founded. Near the Termini station.
