Our company is active in Rome in the field of holiday homes as Property Manager. We carefully choose our apartments and we have a structure that allows us to assist guests and offer services and / or experiences during their stay.

Termini Binario 1 - 1-bedroom apartment. (Purple and Blue colors) The apartment is located on the fifth (and last) floor of an ancient building with a lift. It consists of a nice living room with kitchenette (complete with everything needed for cooking, refrigerator, sink, microwave, crockery, pots, coffee maker, etc.) and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. In the living room there is also a sofa bed (one and a half square). The bathroom has a shower. The apartment has a free wi-fi connection 24/24, is equipped with sheets, towels, detergents and cleaning materials. - - Termini Binario 2 - 1-bedroom apartment. (Colors Red and Green) The apartment is located on the fifth (and last) floor of an ancient building with a lift. It consists of a nice living room with kitchenette and a triple bedroom with bathroom. In the bedroom there is a single sofa bed. The bathroom, with access from the hallway, has a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed (a square and a half), the apartment has free wi-fi 24/24, is provided with sheets, towels, detergents and cleaning materials.

Neighborhood info

The two holiday homes, both recently built, are in the Esquilino district. They are located in Via Carlo Cattaneo n. 31, on the fifth floor of a nineteenth-century building, in a strategic position because located a short distance from numerous places of historical and architectural interest. We are in the heart of the Esquilino neighborhood, a multi-ethnic neighborhood par excellence, which is developed around the Termini Station and Piazza Vittorio; a neighborhood that preserves the elegant and austere architecture of the Umbertine period of the late 19th century. Art lovers will be spoiled for choice between the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the church of San Pietro in Vincoli, San Martino ai Monti, the Museo Nazionale Romano and, on the Oppio Hill, the Domus Aurea. The two apartments are adjacent to the Termini Station (Via Giovanni Giolitti side) main hub of Roman public transport.
