First Floor Upon entering, you are welcomed by a modern kitchen fully equipped with all main appliances. Continuing on, to the right, you will find the first bathroom, fitted with a spacious shower and sanitary facilities. You then enter the first double bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. From this room (and from the living room), you can access the lower terrace, furnished with a table for four and offering a stunning view of monuments such as the Altare della Patria and the Trinità dei Monti. Second Floor On the upper floor, you will find the second double bedroom, complete with a desk, bedside table, and a large wardrobe with multiple doors, as well as two adjacent bathrooms and a second, smaller and more discreet kitchen, fully equipped with appliances. Completing this floor is the living room, featuring a large corner sofa (which can be converted into two separate single beds) and a television; finally, the larger of the two terraces, perfect for a sunset aperitif or a summer dinner. Self check-in is provided for this apartment. Thanks to the electronic lock and accesses that we will send you before your arrival, you will be able to enter independently from 3:00 pm on the day of check-in. You will only need your smartphone with your active Internet connection. If you wish to be greeted in person instead, please let us know at the time of booking. This service is available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Self check-out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

The Lungotevere dei Mellini takes its name from the homonymous family, who also own houses in the Monti district and in Piazza Navona. The area is surrounded by the history of the city and the modernity of the premises, and is easily accessible from Lepanto metro station (line A) or, alternatively, either by train (FC3, FL3, FL5, RV) or by bus (150F, 280, 30, 628, 70, 81, 87, 990).
