The Place Home is an exclusive 90m2 luxury apartment located in the heart of Rome, and it's one of a kind. Located on the attic floor of a Borghese building from the 1930s, immersed in the heart of the residential district of Prati, it offers 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is characterized by a large living room with a Luxury double sofa bed, a 43 inch Smart TV, a telephone with direct line to the reception, a dining table, a full optional designer open kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. It is fully equipped to make your stay unique and comfortable. Each bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, hairdryer, magnifying toilet mirror, offers an exclusive beauty line and a daily towel set. The rooms have a double bed (complete sheet set which includes 4 pillows, 2 soft and 2 hard, cotton-silk bed line, light or winter duvet and topper for maximum comfort). They are also equipped with 2 bedside tables, 1 designer wardrobe with clothes hanger and chest of drawers, safe and minibar with welcome bottles of water, soundproof windows with attic view, parquet or vintage tile flooring, Vanity slippers, flat-screen satellite TV , desk with chair and free Wi-Fi internet connection. For the safety of our kind guests, the apartment is equipped with 2 fire extinguishers and a first aid kit. The structure has a reception open from 7:30am to 9:30pm and provides daily cleaning every 3 days included in the stay. The cleaning service is carried out from 11:00 to 13:00 unless otherwise indicated. The Place Home was born to offer a new hospitality reality, unique and exclusive, to make our guests' stay an unforgettable experience. A security deposit will be required. We kindly inform our guests that the Reception will provide You with a set of keys at the Check-in. Should the set of keys provided upon check-in be lost, a penalty per set of keys will be deducted from the security deposit.
