They are well-equipped and strategically located in mild climate areas, close to the train, subway, expressway or motorway stations, to allow a quick commute to the most cosmopolitan areas of Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais. Our properties are selected based on strict location criteria and services available around them, and then upgraded to ensure maximum guest comfort. Located in a very peaceful neighborhood, 5 minutes from the sea, this vintage house offers all the comfort of new and modern technologies. Materialistically decorated (to ensure an easy cleaning) our property offers large, sunny rooms, comfortable and large beds. The bathrooms are complete and well equipped. The villa easily accommodates up to 8 adults and 4 children (in folding beds). Rooms are equipped with king-size (100 x 200 cm) modular beds that can become King size beds for couples (200 x 200 cm). The mattresses and bedding are of the highest quality to ensure a peaceful sleep. The common areas are equally large and sunny. The property is fully air-conditioned with air conditioning units ensuring guests' comfort in both summer and winter. The property is conveniently located to near the best beaches of Cascais, Lisbon and Sintra. The surrounding area offers also a large quantity of services, such as, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies , butchery, coffee-shops, hairdressers, etc.

Along the coast you will find a region of exceptional beauty, which begins on the Tagus estuary and stretches along the beaches of Oeiras and Carcavelos to Guincho, where you will find the amazing Sintra - Cascais Natural Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can enjoy a mild climate, 3000 hours of sunshine a year and splendid iodine-rich Atlantic Ocean beaches are ideal for those with bone problems and treatment. You can practically practice all water sports in the area, including surfing. The main attractions in the area include Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon Palaces and monuments, such as Pena Palace, Sintra National Park, Marquês de Pombal Palace. Be sure to visit the Cascais Cultural Center, the Cascais Village Museum, the Santa Marta Lighthouse Museum, the Cascais Citadel Palace, the Santa Maria House, the Paula Rego Stories House.
