An amazing experience from the moment of our booking. They were very helpful in arranging our airport transfer. We loved the location- just steps away from Old Town and shopping areas. Our room was so clean and extremely comfortable. Another bonus was having room service available for breakfast. We loved everything about our stay here.

    The location is excellent—just one block from the Wiener Staatsoper and very close to the Wiener Konzerthaus, the Musikverein, and other important landmarks such as the Hofburg Palace. The apartment is very spacious, with a beautiful view of Karlsplatz and the Karlskirche. The staff deserves special mention—everyone, including the front-desk team (especially Patricia, who speaks Spanish!), the maintenance crew, and the hotel manager, was exceptionally kind and always ready to help when needed.

    Perfect location - walking distance from Landstrasse, 8 minutes by walk to Wiener Konzerthaus which was our reason to come to Vienna and right next to it is a nice park. It was also spotles clean and very quiet - we slept until noon 😄
