The hotel is very close to the metro station. So definitely very convenient. It's also within a walking distance to many attractions. The room is clean and comfortable. No noise coming from the street at night. I also got upgraded from a single to a double room.

You can pay €10 to simply visit the 27th floor see the views and take photos or like us you can have a couple of drinks and some great tapas whilst chilling to some great vibes from the DJ. See the whole of Madrid and stand on a glass walkway between two parts of the building . . Come on . . Who would pass on this ?

    Beautiful hotel 1 block off Gran Via. The free 001 bus from Atocha train station dropped us off nearby. Aldo that 001 provided easy access to the art museums. In the background yard of the hotel is all of old town.

    Location is amazing. Walking to Gran Via and the Royal Palace. Cafes all around. The building is very quiet. The bed and sofa are clean and comfortable. Machines working perfectly. May be the only negative thing is that the apartment is little small for a family of 4. However, being out all the tome solved the issue. If I come back to Madrid for another visit, definitely it will be my first choice. Thank you, you made my visit very special!

    I like the hotel very accessible to many areas around. You are close to Sol plaza and gran via. The room has frigobar and you can store water and things for breakfast if you want to save some money. In Spain a breakfast can cost 20 euros or more per person if you land on a fancy place. Most restaurants open late.

    It is a superb place with great facilities, located in the heart of Madrid, short walk to all attractions (Royal Palace, Retiro, Prado Museum, Gran Via and Salamanca district) and Atocha railway station. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved our room which was beautifully designed, having all you need, the bed amentities were chic and the bathroom like in a real palace with premium liquids etc. The a/c in the room was very quite. We really loved this hotel.

    The apartment is in the Chueca district; at first glance, the street appears to be unpleasant and dangerous, but this is not true. Madrid's top attractions are all within walking distance. Also Gran Via street is very close. The apartment's equipment, facilities, and small kitchen are all quite functional and tidy. The host was quite helpful. The first-floor apartment is quiet. I believe the owner has more than one apartment in this building.
