amazing room, great service by the staff the location of the hotel was great and easily accessible

We booked accommodation purely as a temporary solution before our big trip to England. We didn't expect anything special and you could even say we booked it by accident. But what we got really impressed us and we wouldn't have minded spending the whole time in such an amazing hotel. The only thing we didn't really like was the breakfast, which we ordered once as an extra option. There is a place nearby where you can find a better breakfast for the same price. But otherwise, everything was great. And the kitchen was a surprise, as it seemed to have everything, from frying pans to pots.

Diane at front desk was amazing, she was very helpful indicating where to go and how to get to different places. Hotel was great, good location. Excellent breakfast!

The hotel is situated in a nice area with various restaurants and bars. It’s close to the waterfront. We enjoyed river walks to Covent Garden via Waterloo Bridge (going left) and, walking the other direction, to the Tate Modern Museum and St. Paul‘s Cathedral via Millennium Bridge. Our room was spacious and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. Everything was sparkling clean and well maintained. Attention was paid to detail, for example, we were three people (parents and child) in a double room (queen bed plus sofa bed), so we were pleasantly surprised to find a third mug placed next to the electric kettle. Such consideration is rare. We appreciated the sustainability efforts with refillable containers of toiletries like shampoo, shower gel and hand soap by the brand rituals. We also loved the choice of four plant-based milk alternatives at the very nice breakfast buffet and the pancake machine. Our kid loved the pool and mom the saunarium. The staff was super friendly and approachable. Service at the hotel restaurant was great and the food was high quality and delicious.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how much value the hotel offered for the price. The staff greeted us warmly, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While settling in, we discovered that the steamer in our room wasn't working. However, as soon as we mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately offered to bring us an iron, which was delivered to our room within minutes—such thoughtful and attentive service!

We were assisted by Murat on various requests. He was exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist.

Amazing location, simply couldn't ask for a better area. Big Ben, London Eye, short walk to Buckingham Palace. The staff was friendly, the concierge was so helpful.

Loved everything about this stay. I wish I could live here. The staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. Bonus points for being over a bar and restaurant. Full breakfast is included, and it was delightful. The location is incredible, directly across the street from Waterloo station, and a short walk from the London Eye and other attractions. The room included special touches like earplugs, but they were completely unnecessary as it was quiet as a tomb. I slept incredibly well. Air conditioning was top-notch as well, and a welcome respite after a hot day of sightseeing. I stayed here as a pre-cruise convenience since Waterloo trains go straight to Portsmouth, but I would stay here any time I visit London in the future.
