Spacious and well-designed rooms with a great view. Attentive and friendly staff. I also liked the location.

Excellent location! Close to bus stops and tube station, walking distance to Big Ben and other attractions. Bed was comfortable, it was very clean, gentle and helpful staff. Great option to leave our luggage ce before check in and after check out.

Loved the location we were able to walk to many different locations including the London eye and other adventures. We were able to also navigate the taxis, subway and buses . We had so many fun trips. The staff were so very helpful they helped us find our way around and made great suggestions. Rooms were cleaned daily and we really appreciated it. Will definitely recommend to everyone!!! Thank you!!

Location was excellent - on the river just a walk from Vauxhall station. A walk along the riverbank the other way takes you to the Houses of Parliament The staff were very friendly and the breakfast in the dining room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and the room was modern and clean.

The location is very convenient, situated about 20 minutes from the city center in both the north and south directions, making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any requests. I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel, which felt welcoming and relaxing. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Everything was great with our stay! We checked in online, the room was clean, the heat/AC was perfect in the room, and the location for what we were doing while in London was great.

Great location, the street is lively with lots to do and great atmosphere. A lovely wine bar down stairs and close to lots of the amazing attractions

It was a really clean hotel the room was very spacios and comfortable bed. The staff was really nice. The hotel is really close to Waterloo Station which makes moving around London fairly easy.

The staff really made us feel great. Cris especially took time to care for us and chatted when he could. Archie was a bonus. The Wellington made my last trip to London amazing. The history, staff,new renovation and the location across from Waterloo. Pub life is warm and friendly. We'll done.
