Very comfortable accommodation in a very pretty golf course location. Rooms face away from the road so lovely and quiet even during the morning rush hour. Bathrooms are exceptional.

We have stayed here several times on the way down south with our dog. It is a really reliable spot with lake views and service station facilities right next door. A McDonalds and a Costa is all we need. The staff are just lovely and really care that you have a comfortable stay.

In Kendal town center, the Riverside Hotel is a 17th-century building with a state-of-the-art leisure club. Rooms have river views, and Windermere and the Yorkshire Dales are 15 minutes' drive away.
