Everything is nice and clean and modern. Location is amazing

A beautiful hotel with great design, location, and I liked the breakfast a lot.

I had a great stay. I would stay there again. Incredibly convenient location. My room was clean and private. The bed was alright (I slept on the comforter to make it a little softer for my preference). My room was warm (in December) and spacious. It was in the basement. It didn't have a window, but had a convenient sink and desk in room. The shared bathroom was clean. The shower was fine and located one level up. Not a problem. My room decor was dated, but I didn't mind. For the price it's fine. People need to be realistic about what they are paying for. What I paid for a private room and a 12 minute walk from Covent Garden was a great deal.

Location is excellent and lobby is warm and cozy

I have a minor disability, and the staff went out of their way to assist in provide extra services for us during our stay!

Near the Hyde park and train station

Good location , you can go all famous streets from the hotel by walking. Big room is very comfortable and the staff is very helpfull

Great and friendly staff.. all cheerful and helpful.. one particularly staff was exceptionally amazing Ayyaz he made our stay remarkable… we will definitely go back again. Spacious room and comfy beds and pillows, location was right in the middle of everything a tourist wants in London.. walkable distances..

Very nice and cute little hotel with great location and comfortable bed.

It was the touches of hospitality that wowed us. The extra bed was made for our 3 year old daughter and they left a children's book for bed time stories. In the bath room next to our bath robes was a smaller bath robe and slippers just her size. She felt very special wearing this.

We had a lovely four-night stay at Hub Soho. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, with Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, and Chinatown all within walking distance. The room was comfortable and perfectly fine for our stay. The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help. A special mention to Kari, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and her excellent service really made a difference to our experience. The reception service was excellent, and we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage there before check-in and after check-out. We also enjoyed the English breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily come back!

Brilliant location. Good vibe. Superb food with excellent staff. The Nook is the bomb and the perfect spot for breakfast.

Excellent location! Staff were great! As soon as you walk through the doors you feel welcome.
