Staff, atmosphere, breakfast was outstanding

The hotel is very comfortable and quiet, with kind and attentive staff. I loved my stay and would definitely consider returning and making it my second home in London

The location. The staff. The room. Everything was perfect.

The room was very spacious and the location was nice. The double bed was comfortable and the shower was easy to operate. The price of the stay was very reasonable.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the room above expectations and the location in Victoria is amazing

Location is perfect You can walk everywhere and the London Victoria is less the 7 minutes I took the bus -National Express - from the hotel, (it’s only 5 min walk ) to Heathrow Airport and the price was great €10,50 and took us only 50min At the reception, there is a great guy, Dino, very nice person and very helpful

The vibrant tasteful decor and cleanliness

Great customer service. Thanks to Franko and his colleagues.

Exceptional stay! The hotel was immaculate, stylish, and perfectly located. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Every request was handled promptly, and we genuinely felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay in London even more memorable. We highly recommend N°13 Knightsbridge and would happily return in the future.

The whole experience was wonderful. It was my grand daughter's 16th birthday so it was a special treat for her. We were given a free upgrade to a suite. It was decorated with balloons and decorations on the bed, as well as a beautiful cake being brought to the room. An excellent experience for her. The staff were very helpful and friendly x

We stayed at the Beaufort for one week in May, and I cannot say enough about what a great experience spending a week at the Beaufort was. Our room far exceeded my expectations. The Beaufort offers literally everything that one would be looking for, for their perfect experience in London: 1. Location, Location, Location! Knightsbridge A+, Close to the Underground and bus A+, On a dead-end, quiet street, close to Harrods A+. 2. Friendly and accommodating staff A+ 3. Breakfast A+ 4. Room: The room was well appointed and much larger than I thought it would be. A+ If you are looking for perfect accommodations for your next London stay, I highly recommend the Beaufort!

The rooms are spacious and very clean (gets cleaned twice a day). The location is very convenient and safe (walking distance from major attractions in the city). Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing breakfast and exceptionally comfy beds.
