Very good hotel, clean rooms, working AC (much needed in summer), the staff is very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Davide for his recommendations). Although there's no breakfast in the hotel, but there's a free coffee corner to grab a coffee and some snacks. The hotel is close to main transportation (metro and bus).

The location is ideal for moving around Rome, it a 3 minutes’ walk from Termini (the central subway station and airport transfer). The host is available with advice and helps whenever needed, for example, on a rainy night he borrowed us his umbrella. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. A lot of restaurants with different specifics and coffee places nearby. I have some back problems and I can say that the bed was outstanding.
