Hotels near Testaccio, Rome

I didn’t expect the hotel to be that amazing. I loved the atmosphere and it is nothing like 2 Star hotel. I would say 5. It was close to everywhere as a walking distance. The hotel was so clean, peaceful and the staffs were so nice and kind. The breakfast was delicious. Luckily I am starting to study in Rome. So when my parents come to visit me they will definitely choose Hotel Santa Prisca again. Thanks for your great hospitality. Lots of love 🫶🏼

We loved the location, it was very central to the restaurants and nightlife of Trastevere and an easy walk over the Tiber to central Rome. The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean and spacious with beautiful windows. Room service was great. The rooftop bar was beautiful with great drinks and a beautiful view.

We liked everything about Palazzo Velabro. Its location is ideal for visiting the Coliseum and it is near one of the Hop-on-Hop-off bus stops. It has a nice terrace for drinks and snacks, plus its staff is super! Our room was perfect.

All of the staff are wonderful The pool is beautiful The gardens are immaculate and there are 3 lovely areas to sit and relax - the front courtyard and lawn area, the pool area and the roof top terrace that has spectacular views of the sunset. Great location, easy walk to the main tourist attractions but also close to a lot of local neighborhood shops and eateries. We stayed here 5 years ago and liked it so much we returned again this year and were not disappointed. A most delicious Sakura Beef Burger is on the menu!

Hotel Carmel is an adorable little hotel, in a great vacation and one of the sweetest balconies. We had a wonderful stay and will surely go back

Great location, beautiful place, breakfast is good enough. There is a supermarket and several bars and pizzerias close to hotel. 5-8 minutes walking distance to Metro station, Forum and Circus Maximus.

The location in Testaccio is close to the famous farmers market and public transport, it's a genuine neighborhood with restaurants and bars. The hotel is a gem, it feels like guest apartments and the staff is great. Love that there is water and coffee available, the water tastes great!

Going back for the second time to this cozy small hotel with nice and comfortable room and above all very welcoming staff. Special thanks to Gabriel at reception.
