Modern, very clean, comfortable & highly accessible location. Floor to ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of Tokyo. Rooms are well-appointed with sufficient lighting & temperature control. The airport limousine bus stops right at the hotel’s doorstep. Very accommodating, polite & efficient staff. They make every effort to ensure guests are happy & comfortable. Large room, well above Tokyo standards. With a kitchenette and everything to prepare meals or breakfast if needed. Modern and well maintained hotel, welcoming and helpful staff. The location on top of the subway station (Ginza line) is perfect to allow trips to anywhere in Tokyo. It was our first time here and in this area, but for sure we'll stay here again when we return to Tokyo.

Everything about Mimaru was great. The room was incredibly large for a Tokyo based hotel. With plenty of space for 5 adults with 2 suitcases each. A dining table to sit at and eat breakfast or dinner or just hand out. The beamer was easy to use and gave a lot of entertainment for early nights, and so much more. The location is amazing and super close to the station, a ton of great restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff is super friendly and proficient in a ton of languages. There are a lot of amenities like a laundry and dryer, as well as a smoke room for smokers. And a whole lot more

Couldnt have found a better place to rest my head after a long trip from Europe - comfy, quiet, great bathtub, convenient location, friendly staff. And the robot is hilarious, reminding you how different modern Japanese culture is. The common area also lends itself to connecting with others. All i can suggest is they get a capuccino maker, that would have been the cherry on the icing!
