This hotel is a gem of Kyoto. Its location is great, it is very close to train and bus stops as well as a shopping district, and there are many wonderful dining places nearby. The hotel is super clean, the room was very spacious and enjoyable to stay in, the staff was always kind and helpful.

    I went here because it was across the street from where Kyomaf was being held and I wanted to get a bit of a break from the chaos that was happening. This place is beautiful, peaceful, and very lovely.

    Warm, peaceful, and perfectly located, I felt at home. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Heian Shrine and with easy access to public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and to my surprise, they were huge fans of Brazil, which made me feel even more welcomed. Breakfast was a lovely touch: simple, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. The room and common areas were always clean, and the little garden added a peaceful charm to the stay. The cost-benefit is amazing, especially in Kyoto.
