The pool was fabulous! The staff were helpful. The restaurant staff were amazing and the hardest working crew I have ever seen. They were friendly, helpful, genuinely kind and hospitable. The villa was spacious and very functional. We loved the “look” of Pestana- pretty, colorful, and we loved our garden area with ocean view. It was in walking distance to Centeanes beach, Algar Seco, and downtown Carvoeiro. It was very family friendly.

The staff are not helpful and they didn’t accept to give us any late checkout although I am a gold member at the chain!
