I like this hotel. Nice room, good bed. You can drink coffee and tea 24/7. Beautiful and new design. Some things like facials masks, yoga rug, socks are very lovely for guests. Location is great. View on river is the best, you can see ships and tramp tower.

Great place to stay, the location is very good, the metro station is near by and you can walk to the most popular places in Chicago. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and really confortable, the room had a big size and the bed was amazing. 100% recommended.

The location was perfect. Starbucks Reserve is just a 2-min. walk from the hotel. Its also a few-minute uber ride to Magnificent Mile and the Riverwalk. Room was perfect. Staff was helpful when asked questions.

The staff were outstanding. They were all incredibly kind and attentive. I appreciated the extra little things they did to make my stay easier. I also loved the decor and the views. Marvelous! Oh and PERFECT LOCATION. I walked everywhere.

    Access was very difficult. Security was very tight.

    Access was very difficult. Security was very tight. There was only one entrance with lots of screening. When we finally got in, we were disappointed that the "Bean" was all fenced off with screened fencing so you couldn't even see it.
