The remodeled lobby & bar are beautiful! Front desk staff was was welcoming & helpful. Doorman is a bonus! Stayed in a single, king room and it was larger than most in New York City! Large bathroom & shower too! For a Saturday night stay, it was a great value!

The hotel is conveniently located in lower Manhattan at a good price for the stay and right next to a subway station so there’s not much walking to get to and from the subway

Had a double bed room (space for luggage-moving to NYC) and a private bath. Which honestly probably made the experience great. Room was clean and the hotel location is excellent.

The location is very convenient for traveling to Manhattan and the Brooklyn area. The Union Square subway station is 5 minutes away. The room was very neat, clean, and cozy.

Very Clean Perfect location for me I love the East Village. kitchenette was pretty cool Big room big bed for such a busy location. You can open the windows but dont think about smoking very clean no smoke smell n you get in trouble if you do check out 11am but you can pay to stay longer which I did great options for late checkout or early check in since its staffless it was actually still very organized and you can call staff of their sister hotel with any questions and they answer and help you

Hotel was perfectly located for our needs. We had easy access to the subway, yet were close enough to the sights, sounds and touristy things that we mostly walked to and then caught the subway back (High Line, Little Spain, Central Park, Times Square, Grand Central, Penn Station, Madison Square Gardens, China Town, Little Italy, Soho, Ground Zero, Battery Park, NY Stock Exchange. The room was super clean, spacious by NY standards and the bed super comfy. Staff were extremely friendly and willing to assist with advice on the best diners, restaurants, eateries, bagels, breakfasts, routes and so the list goes on. The day of our departure was seamless and our cab back to JFK was curb side within minutes of being requested. The doorman is your first point of contact, and they are super friendly and helpful, they certainly made us feel so welcome before we even entered the Lobby. Whilst we never ate in, the menu looked very appetizing, and fare fit for a king. Will definitely be back on my next visit.

The best room I have ever stayed in in NYC! The view was simply spectacular; one wished to remain in the room all day. Perfectly comfortable bed. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great, relaxing bathroom. All very clean. Everything impeccable.
