GermanyThe staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. Compared to other hotels in NY in this category this one was the best of them all. And it's no exaggeration. Very good price for what you get. I usually search for a long time when I want to book a Hotel and I was very curious that this Hotel had nearly only very good reviews. Usually a strange sign for Hotels in NY but after the stay I can understand why most people just had a great experience. They deserve the great reviews. Awesome location. Close to all the sights in lower Manhattan and not even a minute to walk to Fulton Station which is very well connected to all Subway-Lines. Also the concierge stood out to me. Very friendly and very helpful even if you're just looking for a nice place to eat. It was really a great experience and I'll definitely go there again.

It was very interesting.
It was very interesting. There is a 30 minute film to watch, but we were running out of time to catch the last ferry, so had to miss it. The exhibits were very thought provoking, and it was inside, so it didn't matter that it was stormy outside.Guest review byVanessaUnited Kingdom

Location was great as we were going to Liberty Park to go to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Easy walk to restaurants and loved the outdoor area to view skyline.
