The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. Compared to other hotels in NY in this category this one was the best of them all. And it's no exaggeration. Very good price for what you get. I usually search for a long time when I want to book a Hotel and I was very curious that this Hotel had nearly only very good reviews. Usually a strange sign for Hotels in NY but after the stay I can understand why most people just had a great experience. They deserve the great reviews. Awesome location. Close to all the sights in lower Manhattan and not even a minute to walk to Fulton Station which is very well connected to all Subway-Lines. Also the concierge stood out to me. Very friendly and very helpful even if you're just looking for a nice place to eat. It was really a great experience and I'll definitely go there again.

Fantastic location, great neighborhood, lots of nearby restaurants and just five min walk to Grove Street Path station. Just two stops to Manhattan. Also loved seeing the skyline at the docks at the end of the street. Kitchen sink and countertops were nice, and shower was fine. Double bed was comfortable, and apartment was clean when we arrived. Decor was cute. Odd layout due to the age of the place didn't bother us -- interesting history to the building!
