Really liked our stay in the hotel it has a special atmosphere with different art representing each floor. Our room was clean and up to standard. had a room booked with shared bathroom and toilet we were out and about all day so didn't mind sharing. both facilities were up to our expectations. As in location it couldn't been any better hotel located at walking distance from sights, restaurants and bars also multiple choice of public transport available withing 5 minutes walking.

The hotel is conveniently located in lower Manhattan at a good price for the stay and right next to a subway station so there’s not much walking to get to and from the subway

I loved the Perfect Location Situated right at 101 Bowery, it offers an unbeatable home base in the heart of the city. Truly Exceptional Comfortable were the brand-new, super-comfy beds and highly effective AC. I loved the Impeccable Cleanliness: this property stands out for being incredibly clean and fresh. Great Service: the very nice staff and quick, hassle-free check-in was another plus. Felt very safe too.

The location of the Heritage Hotel in Chelsea is absolutely excellent—truly one of its biggest strengths. Yes, it’s an older hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a New York weekend. The rooms are a bit small, as expected for Manhattan, but completely workable. What really set this stay apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was top-tier—100% accommodating, kind, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their service elevated the whole experience. For the price, this hotel is a fantastic bargain. I would absolutely recommend the Heritage Hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, well-run place to stay in Chelsea.

Great spot and great location. Its a bit small bit good value for money for New York. The shared bathroom is very good, always clean and spacious. They also keep luggage after checkout.

The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.

The reception area is splendid and the desk staff is warm and friendly. I loved the little bag of bottled water and candy treats. The room was spacious with excellent temperature control and it was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was top notch and the staff were exceptional. There were many good places to eat dinner in the neighborhood.
