Great stay at Aura Hotel Times Square! Perfect location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Highly recommended for solo female travelers

Staff is friendly and always there to help. Our room was extremely clean, thermostat worked well, the beds very comfortable. I was very pleased to have 2 pillows: one thick and one slim, so we could choose. The bathroom was luxurious and spot clean. Location of hotel is unbeatable, right in Times Square. At night we didn't have noise issues and slept well.

Great location, clean and comfortable beds. Mishel at the front desk was great and had my room available when I asked for a 9am check in.

Had a double bed room (space for luggage-moving to NYC) and a private bath. Which honestly probably made the experience great. Room was clean and the hotel location is excellent.

Cheap, good location, great staff!

Check in was easy and facilities were always clean. The cat was the best!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York!

A beautiful, clean, and luxurious hotel in an excellent location with helpful and attentive staff. The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Welcoming, and close by to everything.

Everything about the SpringHill Suites was great. We enjoyed the amazing location right in Broadway/Time Square. The room was very clean and quiet. No noise from other rooms or outside. The front desk team was amazing. Shout out to Lakia who made sure we were well attended. The water in the reception area was much appreciated and the cookies in the afternoon were a nice touch. Thank you for this great stay!

Fantastic stay! The room was cozy, and incredibly comfortable. It's in a perfect location, making it easy to get everywhere. Elevators—no issues with slow, busy, or stalled lifts at all. Check-in was fast, and checkout was even faster. Highly recommended!

Very nice fit for the Theatre District.

The location was amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
